  TableToppers is Southern Kentucky’s celebration of TableTop Gaming. We’ll have 2 days of open gaming, a Board Game Library, Games Giveaway, Play-To-Win Games and a lot of awesome people in a fun, welcoming environment.

What TableToppers is not is a standard convention. We don’t have booths and panels and such. We want to keep it simple so it can be accessible, fun and affordable for everyone.

  TableToppers ’24 will take place in Bowling Green, KY on September 27th and 28th.

To make TableToppers a two-day event we now have some overhead expenses, but we did want to keep the price as low as possible, so we settled on $15. Kids 10 and under get in free.

  While most people will be playing board games, anything tabletop game related is welcome! Board/Card Games, RPGs, War Games, etc

 We do have a growing Board Game Library made up of generous donations from game publishers and local gamers as well games loaned to the event from local gamers. You will need an ID or driver’s license to check out a game.

Of course!  While there will be a game library, it certainly won’t have everything. Please bring your own, especially games you would love to play as there will be others looking to learn.

Nope! This will be the perfect time to try new games and there will be plenty of people looking for players for games they love and will be excited to teach them. 

Definitely! This is an all-ages event, but we do ask that children be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.

You can bring food and drink, and there are plenty of food options nearby. We do ask that you be respectful of other people’s games and the library games when it comes to having food and drinks around them. We may have some food trucks, but that’s up in the air at the moment. 

This is an open gaming event with limited space so we will not have any official scheduled events, but we would love for people to organize plays of games, especially heavier games prior to the event using the event chat, discord or Bowling Green KY Tabletop Gamers group.

No official tournaments this year. We are hoping to run tournaments at future events but with limited time, space, and manpower we decided against it for now.

There will be several games given away and everyone that registers is entered in the drawing!  We also have Play-to-Win games available. 

First off, this is not a tournament where you get the game by winning the game. Everyone that plays the game has a chance at winning the game. 

How it works:

1. You check out the game

2. You and all the players put your name on the signup sheet with the game

3. Play the game and then return it so others can do the same

4. We will draw Saturday evening to see who gets the game

5. You must be onsite to win. If you are not, then we will draw another name

Plus, if you show up in a TableToppers ’24 (not ’23) shirt or hat you will get extra entries in the Games Giveaway!

We will definitely need help. First off, we will need help setting up the tables and chairs the day before the event. Also, we need help with the registration/library area. We will be chatting on Discord every Wednesday at 8:30 leading up to the event.

You can sell games, but we will not have a dedicated flea market area. Instead, we will have a wall where you can post a list of games, prices and contact info. There will also be a Virtual Flea Market a few weeks prior to the event.
